• This year we will be hosting 2 exciting Raas Garba / Dandiya events, the First Event on Sep 20th at San Diego Convention Center and the Second Event on Oct 4th at Alliant University Sports Complex.

• 2025 GASD Members will have early access to purchase discounted members only tickets. We highly recommend non-members to become GASD members to have early access to tickets. We cannot guarantee availability of tickets based on membership status and will stop ticket sales when the venue capacity is reached. It is highly recommended to purchase your tickets as they are released.

• IMPORTANT: 2025 GASD Members will need to provide their 2025 Membership order number during purchase of membership tickets, it will be matched against the membership details.

​​

• You should have received your Membership Order Number in the email you received when you signed up for the 2025 membership, if you cannot find the email, you should be receiving another email on the same address as your membership that should have your membership order number.

  • If you still cannot find your membership order number and believe that you are a 2025 member, please email us at infogasd@gmail.com with your name and email and we can try to look it up

• It is important to note that the highly discounted membership tickets are for you and your immediate family members on the membership only. The guidelines for maximum tickets each type of membership is below.

• DO NOT PURCHASE membership tickets for friends, extended family and guests, we will be matching it against your membership details and entry will be denied at the event, no refunds will be provided​​

​

• Non-Members will be able to purchase tickets starting on Aug. 23rd for the Convention Center event, and on Aug. 30th for the Alliant International Univ. event.

• Member Ticket Limits: This is according to the membership rules that were in place at the beginning of the year

  • Single Members: 1 ticket maximum

    • Single Members with Parent Add-on: 3 ticket maximum​ for self + number of parents added on membership

  • Couples Members: 2 tickets maximum for self and spouse

    • Couple Members with Parent Add-on: 2 tickets maximum for self and spouse + number of parents added on membership​

  • Family Members: 5 tickets maximum for self, spouse and your own kids 10 and older (under 21) ​

    • Family Members with Parent Add-on: 5 tickets maximum for self, spouse, your own kids 10 and older (under 21) + number of parents added on membership

•  ​Updated as of 8/26/2025: New Membership purchase will be closed for 7 days before each event date. Please purchase your membership before the 7-day blackout period (Sept. 14-20  &  Sept. 28 - Oct. 4). This blackout period will allow us to verify all memberships and validate members-only tickets.

• You must have a valid ticket for each individual (over age 10) in your party and be ready to show the ticket on your phone or printed paper at the entrance. 

• Kids under 10 will have free entry with a paid adult ticket

• We will not do any cash transactions at the event

• We will have Dandiya pairs available for purchase 

• No food is allowed inside the hall. Please enjoy your food/drinks in the foyer or outside the hall. Food available for purchase only at the Oct. 4th event at the Alliant Intl. Univ.
