Event Name: Indian Food and Fun Festival Event
Date: Saturday, August 2, 2025
Time: 4:00PM - 8:00PM
Stall Fee: $250 (Non-Refundable)- Big Food vendors (Restaurants)
Stall Fee: $150 (Non-Refundable)- Small Food vendors (Home Based)
Stall Fee: $100 (Non-Refundable)- Small Business Vendors
Stall Fee: $50 (Refundable)- NGO
Dance performance Fee: $50 (Refundable)
Please submit your payment and required documentation to GASD by July 26th 2025 to secure your spot.
Once we receive your Payment, Food Permit and Liability Insurance (as applicable), we will send you a confirmation email for further instructions about the Event. If we do not receive the payment by this date, your application will be canceled automatically.
